We make the best effort to have stock of all products offered on our site, unfortunately some items may become unavailable or sold out from time to time. Most items get restocked every 1-3 weeks, unless they are unavailable from the manufacturer and the best we can do is be patient
SBLB's goal is to fulfill every order as fast as possible, in the event we are unable to deliver a product ordered due to the lack of availability, we will notify you by via e-mail and offer a possible substitution or provide you with a refund for the effected product. We may also contact you to allow you to maintain your order subject to a revised delivery time, if and when, the item becomes available.
Please feel free to email us in regards to a specific product and we can provide you a better idea about availability, but sometimes we have limited knowledge or are guessing, so please be patient.
Every couple of months a new deck, wheel or skate product comes up and SBLB would like to help ensure that you are first in line when they hit the market. Many new and high-demand products will be made available for "pre-order", you put payment down now and get them shipped as soon as they come through our doors.

Switchback Longboards works extremely hard to ensure accurate pricing information, but errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product information and/or to modify the prices any time without prior notice.
If we need to correct any pricing after you have submitted an order, we will contact you first informing you of the change and allow you to decide to proceed with your order.
Switchback Longboards is willing and able to ship packages across Canada, throughout North America and around the world.
Some packages may be subject to import fees, taxes or customs brokerage which will be due at time of delivery. You will be responsible for taxes, duties and brokerage fees, which can be on top of the shipping cost.
For more information regarding these fees it would be best to contact your local customs agency.
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the invoice date, products must be in new condition as they were when received and in the original box and/or packaging.
Grip taped decks and custom assembled completes are not returnable.
Returned items that are not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Before returning any item, you must email or phone us to obtain a Return Authorization number. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs and all refunds for non-defective items exclude the original shipping and handling charges.
When playing the sticker game we like this version, you send us an envelope inside of another envelope, on the envelope inside the other envelope you write your address and apply a stamp. Now on the outside of the envelope that has the envelope with your name and a stamp on it, in it, write our address and apply a stamp.
Also, if you were to add some of your personal art poem or story, we may be more excited about sending more better stickers. But that is just what I hear
