· If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange. · You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. · Return shipping is absolutely free if we made an error with your order. · Sorry, but if you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs. If we made an error on your order, you will receive a full refund. · DID YOU BUY A CLEARANCE ITEM? Sorry, but all clearance sales are final which is why you got the sweet deal! How to Start Your Product Return: · Send an email to email@example.com · Please include the following: full name, order number, products and reason for return. · You will then receive an email with return instructions and a RMA Authorization Number.
