Terms The contents of switchbacklongboards.com are provided "AS IS" and may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current (we strive for 100% accuracy but we are only human). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to modify, change or update information (including pricing and/or product code numbers), at any time without prior notice. We may terminate your access or suspend your right to access to all or part of switchbacklongboards.com, without notice, for any conduct that we believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of our web site. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and will post any changes to this policy on the effective date of change. Shipping Switchback Longboards provides free shipping on every order that will be shipped to an address in British Columbia. We also provide free shipping on all other orders over $300 to anywhere else in Canada. International orders unfortunately are not eligible for free shipping. Canadian orders will either be shipped Fedex ground or Canada Post, unless otherwise specified or requested. Fedex cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so Canada Post will be used in these instances. Small packages might also be shipped via Canada Post instead of Fedex as Canada Post has better rates and just as fast transit times Approximate Transit Times Vancouver Island and the BC Lower mainland – 1-2 Business Days Everywhere else in Canada – 3-7 Business Days Orders placed before 2:00pm PST will usually ship out the same business day. No internet orders will ship Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Payment Information All prices are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as payment options in Canada. Canadian orders will also be charged the appropriate Canadian tax for the province it is being shipped to. International Orders Prices are in Canadian dollars. We cannot accept credit card payments for orders outside Canada and the US, as we cannot verify shipping addresses for credit card purchases. If you are a buyer in a country other than Canada or the US we accept payment by PayPal only, and ship only to your registered PayPal address. Many countries impose their own duties and taxes on items being shipped from Canada. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or any other fees charged by your country. It is against the law to falsify customs documents. We WILL NOT declare packages as gifts or with lower values.

This information is viewed only by the owners and employees of switchbacklongboards.com if they are involved in the completion, delivery or customer support of your order. How this information is used: The order is processed and kept in our confidential files for record-keeping purposes. · Credit Card information. Your credit card is not charged until we view your order and pull your products. We do not use automatic credit card processing. This allows us to verify the validity of every order placed at switchbacklongboards.com. Your credit card numbers are NEVER stored on the Internet. How this information is used: Once the order is processed, the credit card information is deleted and must be reinserted when you purchase again. · Email address. We require an e-mail address to contact you if we have a question regarding your order. This information may be disclosed to trusted persons working together with switchbacklongboards.com if they are involved in the completion, delivery or customer support of your order. How this information is used: Customers that open an account may receive notifications of new arrivals, discounts and updated information from our web site. You may "Opt Out" of receiving these emails by using the "Unsubscribe Me" link at the bottom of every e-mail. · Cookies. Cookies are a message that a web server transmit to a web browser to personalize the user's experience on our web site. Cookies can help store personal information about you so that when you return to the site you have a more personalized experience. Have you ever returned to a site and have seen your name mysteriously appear on the screen? It is because on a previous visit you gave your name to the site and it was stored in a cookie so that when you returned you would be greeted with a personal message. Cookies do not act maliciously on computer systems. They are merely text files that you have the option of deleting at any time. Return Policy

 

· If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange. · You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. · Return shipping is absolutely free if we made an error with your order. · Sorry, but if you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs. If we made an error on your order, you will receive a full refund. · DID YOU BUY A CLEARANCE ITEM? Sorry, but all clearance sales are final which is why you got the sweet deal! How to Start Your Product Return: · Send an email to info@switchbacklongboards.com · Please include the following: full name, order number, products and reason for return. · You will then receive an email with return instructions and a RMA Authorization Number. You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning. · Ship the product to: Switchback Longboards – ATTN: RETURNS #2 – 1925 Bowen Road Nanaimo BC, V9T 5V9 · Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions. *We make it easy for you, but we do reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines or the product is not in “new condition”. · If you have any questions whatsoever about returning a product, please call our shop at 1.888.755.7948 and ask for Aaron or Kelsey.
